Renovating Without Shutting You Down
Most commercial renovations happen around tenants, employees, and customers.
We plan phasing, after-hours work, dust and noise control, and temporary access before work starts, and keep life safety systems and egress in service throughout.
How we protect operations
- Phased work areas. Only part of the building affected at a time.
- After-hours scheduling. Loud or disruptive work when you are closed.
- Dust and noise control. Containment and protection of occupied space.
- Life safety maintained. Egress and fire systems stay in service.
Open Permits or Code Violations?
Open permits and unresolved violations can stall a sale, a refinance, or a new lease. We review the permit history, identify what is needed to close each item, and build the plan to resolve it.
Answers
Frequently Asked Questions
Can the work be done while we stay open?
Often, yes. We phase the work and schedule disruptive tasks after hours, and we tell you upfront if any part requires a temporary closure.
Can you take over a project another contractor left unfinished?
Yes, after we review the permit status, the work in place, and the drawings. A change of contractor requires paperwork with the building department, and we handle that process.
Do you handle roofing on commercial renovations?
Yes. We hold a Florida Certified Roofing Contractor license (CCC1334142).
Do you work with property managers?
Yes. We provide schedules, insurance certificates, and progress updates in the format your management team needs.
